• Soak cashews for a couple of hours.
• Into a blender, add cashews, coconut jaggery, soaked dates, vanilla bean extract, raw cocoa and salt.
• Blend the ingredients into a smooth paste.

Note: You can store it in refrigerator for a week. You can pair it with sour bread, fruits or make shakes.
