• Heat coconut milk on low flame to warm temperature.
• Turn off the flame and empty into a clean jar or bowl.
• Empty the contents of probiotic capsule into the warm coconut milk and stir well.
• Cover the jar with a lid or cloth and keep it aside for 8 hours to set.
• Once the curd sets, place it in refrigerator.

Note: You can use a teaspoon of coconut yogurt (homemade or store-bought) instead of probiotic capsule.
