In India, this plant grows wild and the flowers are used to decorate Hindu deities. This flower is considered one of lord Shiva’s favourite.
Ayurveda promotes concoction made from these flowers extensively for mood enhancing, memory power and to release anxiety too. From the colour, it is evident that it contains lots of antioxidants which are crucial for good immunity. So, let’s grow Clitoria Ternactea and use it thoroughly.
