This curried cauliflower almond soup is one of our favourites at Vibrant Living. Its darn simple to make and so delicious.
Garlic and onion add the depth of flavour, spices add a bit hit heat and almond butter gives the creaminess – and the result is simple and delicious soup. So, it is a healthy recipe bound for regular meal rotation.
You can have it for dinners or breakfast with some multigrain or sour bread of your choice.

• Chop the onion and garlic into fine pieces. |

• Heat a pot and add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, garlic, onion, all spice leaf, potatoes and salt. Stir them for a couple of minutes. |
